These are written by whoever was on the WhatsApp line that week, which is why they read like answers to specific arguments rather than like marketing. The rule we set ourselves is that each piece has to be useful to somebody who then goes and buys from a competitor. Where that means saying our own product is the wrong fit, or that a cheaper approach exists, it says so. Anything carrying a date is dated because the facts inside it expire.
