What reaches us
Asking for a test line or using the contact form sends us whatever you typed into it: an email address, the device you named, a WhatsApp number if you supplied one, and the message itself. Your IP address is recorded alongside it, purely so automated spam can be filtered out.
Ordering on WhatsApp shows us your WhatsApp profile name and number, plus the plan you picked. Payment details never reach us at all — they are handled by whichever payment provider you use, and we neither see nor store them.
Why we hold it
To set your line up, send you the credentials, answer what you ask and warn you before a plan runs out. It is not sold, rented or passed to anybody for marketing, and there is no commercial arrangement anywhere on this site that would make doing so worth our while.
Cookies and counting visits
Analytics here are limited to counting visits and seeing which pages get read. No advertising cookies are set and nothing follows you to other sites. Blocking the analytics in your browser breaks nothing, and you are welcome to.
When it is deleted
Account records survive while a plan is live and for twelve months afterwards, so that renewing keeps your existing credentials, and are then removed. Anything submitted through a form is deleted after ninety days. Neither period is longer than it needs to be.
Asking us to delete it
You may ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it erased. Message WhatsApp on +212 663 813 479 and we will deal with it inside thirty days. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored where only the support team can reach it. Your credentials are sent to you through WhatsApp, which means the security of that conversation is partly yours to maintain — treat them as you would a password.
