Where we stand
IPTVNinja responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and its equivalents elsewhere, and removes or disables access to material identified as infringing. We would rather receive a notice and act on it than have the question escalate, and nothing on this page is intended to make that harder than it needs to be.
Reaching the designated agent
Notices should be sent through the contact form, marking the message "DMCA notice", or on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479. Anything sent this way is read by a person rather than filtered into a queue.
What a notice has to contain
Identification of the copyrighted work said to be infringed.
Identification of the material complained of, with enough detail for us to find it.
Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you hold a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that what you have written is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.
Your signature, physical or electronic.
How quickly we move
Valid notices are acknowledged inside two working days and acted on within five. A notice missing any of the elements above comes back to you with a note saying which, rather than being quietly dropped.
Disputing a removal
Where material you supplied has been removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice by the same route, carrying the same identifying details plus a statement under penalty of perjury. It will be considered on its merits.
